Lifewave Patches and Emotions - Can We Patch Self-Pity?
From 2010 to 2013 I had a “Transition” period, and at that time I started to test the connection between Lifewave Patches and Emotions.

I felt a lot Anger at that time, and I could recognise it on me. Because of that, I formulated the Anger Protocol which by the way, after testing it in many many situation on myself and others, I could see the positive impact in most cases.

Very interesting I though.

So, that opened the door for me to start looking into different aspects of the connection between Lifewave Patches and Emotions and I created the Dealing With Emotional Issues Area inside Patching Protocol.

And what I also managed to sort of “Awaken” on myself was, a sense of awareness related to Emotions and how could that be explained within a TCM point of view.

For example, coming back to the Anger subject. Anger is according to TCM related to our Liver Channel.

Then I started to understand that it isn't THAT complicated after all:

“An imbalance in a person's body can result from inappropriate emotional responses such as excess anger, over-excitement, self-pity, deep grief and fear”.

and our First Job will only be to “Recognise” this on us.

Then, our Second Job will be to “Educate” ourselves to “How To Overcome or Correct These Imbalances”.

and right there is when having Lifewave Patches become very very useful.

But first we need to walk a little along the self “Awakening” path, and I’m not saying this in a “Spiritual” or truly deep way, I talk about Recognise the Problem first, then, to find all the necessary information to Educate ourselves into How to “Correct” those Imbalances.

That’s all we need to “Put Out” from us.

and let me tell you, this “Dynamism” is truly amazing.

Because we have the perfect Tools to Test and Test and Test every possible combination to tackle exactly that: “How To Overcome or Correct These Imbalances”.

Having the Patches is just useless if we don’t “Put Out” from ourselves first.

That’s my experience.

Lifewave Patches and Emotions - Self-Pity

Now, Self-Pity is to me a HUGE area, and I say this because, it’s very difficult to really recognise it as a problem.

We just sort of “Live” with it and we are “Accustom” to feel and think this way, so, it’s normal to many of us without knowing or understanding it’s actually a problem.

Perhaps this short explanation helps to explain a little the mechanisms according to TCM:

“An excess of thinking, or even reflection, as well as the absorption of new information and concepts is associated with the spleen. It’s also connected with our expression of sympathy and empathy.
Now, in a case of disharmony, someone could start suffering from Self-Pity, someone who thinks the whole world is against them. Also, since this mechanism is responsible for the processing of ideas, an imbalance could result in a person being excessively focused, and obsessed on one thought.”

and I personally recognise this as a very “Common” scenario / situation in many people I come in contact with.

Don’t you?.

and the “Hardest” part is to recognise that many times I find myself having this too…

I’m not exempt to it.

So, I’m presenting to you here a “Classic” approach to test.

Lifewave Patches and Emotions - Self-Pity Patching Protocol - A Classic Approach To Patch For Self-Pity Using Lifewave Patches

Take 1 pair of Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER Patches and place it on Stomach 36 or ST36 acupoint position. Here you have the location:


Lifewave Patches Energy Enhancer
Then, take a single Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER White Patch and place it on Large Intestine 4 or LI4 acupoint position on your Right Side only. Here you have the location:

Lifewave Patches Strategy
Next, take a single Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER Tan or Brown Patch and place it on Lung 7 or LU7 acupoint position on your Left Side only. Here you have the location:

LifeWave Energy Enhancer Patches on Lung 7 or LU7 Acupuncture Position
Lastly, take a single Lifewave CARNOSINE Patch and place it on Conception Vessel 14 or CV14 acupoint position. Here you have the location:

This will be a “Base Protocol” where you can start at and test how you react to it.

If possible run try to start this test some time in the morning, like 8 am for example, then you can test by running it for 12 hours or even 24 hours. Please check if the Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER patches disturb your sleep at night… if so, just remove them and keep the Livewave CARNOSINE patch on (or any other Lifewave Y-age Patch) till next day.

It would be good if you run this test for 3 to 5 consecutive days and check how’s your response.

Addition

One great addition is this:

take a single Lifewave AEON Patch and place it on Governing Vessel 14 or GV14 acupoint position. Here you have the location:

Support Points

Test the Base Protocol above an check how’s your response to it. That might be a good start, however, there are cases where you might need more “Support” to be able to correct certain imbalances so, I also include here two extra Support Points, which you could add to the Base Protocol and test as well.

Then, take a single Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER White Patch and place it on Large Intestine 11 or LI11 acupoint position on your Right Side only. Here you have the location:


LifeWave Energy Enhancer Patches on Large Intestine 11 or LI11 Acupuncture Position
Next, take a single Lifewave ENERGY ENHANCER Tan or Brown Patch and place it on Spleen 6 or SP6 acupoint position on your Left Side only. Here you have the location:

Instead of just keep patching daily one position with the Lifewave CARNOSINE Patch, you could test by alternating Lifewave CARNOSINE Patches between: Conception Vessel 14 or CV14 acupoint position Conception Vessel 12 or CV12 acupoint position Conception Vessel 17 or CV17 acupoint position The idea here is to test different points and how you react to those points each day. It’s very important that at each day, you try to pay very close attention if you have any change in the way you feel in general, not only around your Emotional aspects though, you could also experience changes on your appetite level for example, or your sleeping quality or even your energy level, etc. etc. If you do experience any favorable result at a specific day, then, concentrate on patching the positions you used on that day for a few consecutive days and check how’s your response.

What Can I Expect From It?

That's a question you may have, specially if you are new to the patches (or even if you never patched yourself before). Not long ago I "Found" myself going around and around a thought related to how someone close to me was "Doing Something Against Me". At first, it did sound reasonable to me because I was Right I thought... (of course) and I kept going deep into thinking that, until I reach a point where I "Discovered" I was experiencing a a case of Self-Pity. Was I Right?. Obviously not, but I though I was, and kept going on and on with the same toxic thought. Right there is where I put a full stop and recognised the situation as an "Imbalance". I placed then the same Base Protocol I'm describing here above and I moved along looking at how my progress was, step-by-step. Just like that, in a couple of days, the whole thought just vanished and I felt "Easy" again and with a lot less emotional pressure.

Lifewave Patches and Emotions - Conclusion

Even many of us may experience similar outcomes/conditions/situations, it doesn’t mean the mechanisms behind are exactly the same. In other words, you and I could experience and "Episode" of Self-Pity, however, the group of imbalances leading to that same situation might not be the same for both of. So, for that reason, a Good Practice is to test different variations according to how the progress is and start "Feeling" the progress and therefore, move along that path.

Good Practice - Step-by-Step Sequence

  • Step #1: Start patching a Base Protocol.
  • Step #2: Check how you feel after half or even a full day.
  • Step #3: Test by adding other suggestions and run it for another half or even a full day.
  • Step #4: Once again, check how you feel after that new half or full day.
  • Step #5: Test by alternating points if suggested and run it for another half or even a full day.
  • Step #6: Once again, check how you feel after that new half or full day.
  • Step #7: At the end of these few tests you have “Data” and you might know which step was more favorable for you in every aspect. Concentrate on that point and evolve from there.
