LifeWave Carnosine And Oppressive Sensation

Back in 2012, my overall health was pretty much in a bad shape and I was constantly having a kind of oppressive feeling… It was like something was really pressing me down in the middle of my chest, and my breath was not flowing smoothly. In fact I was feeling short of breath almost all the time, but it was not a breathing issue…

It was that Oppressive Sensation I had…

And I remember one day in particular, because in between all the things were happening to me back then, I just had a very clear idea of what to do with this Oppressive Feeling…

Carnosine For My Heart I though…

To get that quick recovery feature of Lifewave Carnosine Patches flowing through…

I needed to put a Carnosine Patch at a point where it would sort of “Revert” what was going on…

So, researching through my notes, I found the right position to place the patch…

And it’s called CV15, a point which it’s very easy to locate, because it’s found at the lowest point of the Sternum. You can just move your fingers through the midline of your abdomen, coming from your navel and once you reach the upper part of your abdomen, you will definitely feel the end of the Sternum.

Then find the “Tip” of it, and that’s where you place the Carnosine Patch…

Conception Vessel 15 or
CV15 (REN15) is located on the middle of the abdomen, at the lowest point of the Sternum. You can locate it by touching the upper part of the abdomen and feel the end of the Sternum.

If you read through some Acupuncture books or literature, Conception Vessel 15 or CV15 is recommended for cases of chest tightness or oppression as well as cardiac area pain…

So, I thought that’s a great place to start…

The result was quite amazing to say the least…

If you ever have an Oppressive Sensation, do try this super simple protocol and do let me know how it goes…

One great addition:

Place an AEON Patch over it if you need a “Bigger Punch” to that oppression…

In other words, after you place the Carnosine Patch at the tip of your Sternum, take an AEON Patch and place it over the Carnosine Patch at the same location…

Several others and myself found great results with this Carnosine/AEON “Combo”…

Just place this Protocol for 20~30 minutes or as long as you need it.
