That was the question we received recently from Mary from Germany and I though it would be a good topic to talk about at our Blog, and introduce a very useful patching concept that can be used in cases of pain as well as many other situation that might need recovery…
Lifewave Patches Most Basic Recovery Technique
The most basic patching technique I ever came across and used for any type of recovery is mixing Lifewave Energy Enhancer Patches with Carnosine Patches...
However, in my experience, when there is any type of injury, the energy flow is obstructed or sort limited around the affected area... so, one way to "Prepare" ourselves before patching specifically for the issue we are interested to patch for, it’s to attempt to "Open the Channels”…
You can watch Video #4 of our Dealing With Pain Patching Techniques Series once you are logged in as a Subscriber or a Full Member, because that video explains an easy strategy to clear possible Major Imbalances in general...
The logic behind this is to promote general balance first, then we can start at any local area, and doing that have been showing to be more effective than to start patching right away at the affected area...
Next, you can test a very simple patching strategy locally using Lifewave Energy Patches by "Connecting" both ends of the issue (from hip to knee in the case of Mary’s question)...
Place the Lifewave Energy Enhancer Tan Patch at one end or the hip in this case, and the Lifewave Energy Enhancer White Patch at the other end or the knee in this case, trying to keep both patches "Inline" with the injured area...
Here you have an image to show what I mean:

How to patch a muscle injury from the hip to the knee?, here you have the Lifewave Patches Most Basic Recovery Technique - STEP 1
Then, once that’s in place, you can add a single Carnosine Patch at the center or the injury, making a straight line between the 3 patches and the Carnosine is around the center of that straight line or the whereabouts...
Here you have the full image then:

Of course, what I’m describing here and showing at both images above is a very “Ideal” situation where everything can be arranged “Inline” and that’s the reason I’m showing this particular technique…
If the condition I’m patching for is right for this technique, then I use it, or I will opt for another technique that will suit it better…
Now coming back to it, this Lifewave Patches Most Basic Recovery Technique might help move energy as well as promote recovery at the affected area, that’s why I find it very effective in many situations …
You can test that for a couple of days, repeating the process daily by using new patches if they were used for 18 to 24 hours...
You can also be more "Creative" by adding Lifewave AEON & Lifewave Glutathione patches into the mix to attempt to "Activate" other effects, however, that will be a more advanced approach...
We have a couple of interesting videos inside our Master Technique Series explaining the reasons why the patches might not work in certain situations, as well as how we can use the patches more effectively by understanding “What They Actually Are” and lastly, a very useful technique called the 12 Points Technique that can be used to promote recovery at almost any area in our body…
Lastly, please take note that the actual recovery time from any injury, like it’s the case we are putting as an example here, will depend on many factors like, the actual severity of the injury at the time you start, how consistent you are with the process of recovery, how much you "Stress" the affected area by forcing it and not letting it rest properly during the recovery period, your overall nutrition level or in other words, the "Reserves" you have right now to help your body actually heal, etc. etc...
There is no "Magic" here...
Lifewave Patches might help to move energy more efficiently and promote certain mechanisms, however, we need to help the process as well by taking good decisions as of what we do during the time we would like to recover...
So, I hope my explanation help you and give you some basic ideas to apply in any of your own situations…
Have a great day!
Back to you.
Cheers!
