Body Weakness And Fatigue Special

Simple Patching Strategies for Body Weakness & Fatigue

We all might think that Body Weakness & Fatigue means the same thing, however, if we look at both this sensations separately, we can see that they are actually different:

Body Weakness is defined as reduced strength in one or more muscles. Or in other words, if we feel weak, we experience a lack of physical strength, and it might feel like any movement of our arms, legs or other muscles is extremely difficult.

Fatigue on the other hand is an overall feeling of tiredness and/or a lack of energy with an urge to take a rest.

And most probably, if you are at any of both these situations, it does’t really matter the difference because both feels practically the same, Just Awful

Now, in my personal experience and with several others around me, the best thing is to keep both theses sensations separately so, it’s easier to sort of “Tackle Them” with the right strategy…

I think of them in this way:

Body Weakness strictly related to Physical Activity.

Fatigue strictly related to Emotional & Mental Activity.

and both are also related to Level of Hydration, Quality & Quantity of Sleeping and Proper Nutrition.

Let me explain by being extremely basic here:

Body Weakness Simple Protocol

If I feel “Down”, the first thing I ask myself is what might be causing it…, if I know that my Quality and/or Quantity of Sleep wasn’t as good and I just feel physically weak, then I do this:

First, I place an ENERGY ENHANCER pair on ST36 - WRTL

Patching Protocol Acupoint location for ST36

Acupoint location for ST36 - Stomach 36
ST36 is located 4 fingers below the knee and 1 thumb lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.

Then I sort of start compensating it with my level of Hydration and Nutrition by drinking more water more frequently and I go for a more “Nutrient” base sequence of meals…

Second, I might place another ENERGY ENHANCER pair on K1 for 4 hours, then I change it to BL23 WRTL for the rest of the day.

Patching Protocol Acupoint location for K1

K1 is located on the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel, in a depression formed when the foot is plantar flexed.

BL23 Acupoint

BL23 acupoint is located 2 fingers lateral to the lower border of the second lumbar vertebra (L2).

At night and before I go to sleep, I’ll remove all patches and place:

an AEON patch on GV24.5 and a CARNOSINE on CV17 till next following morning.

GV24.5 is located on the third eye position.

Usually, by dong this, my sensation of Body Weakness will just go way within 24 hours…

Now, if I feel “Down”, as I said earlier, because something is bothering me or if I’m not comfortable with some events in my life in general due perhaps to work activities, relationships or anything that might disturb the way I feel Emotionally and or Mentally, then I do this:

Fatigue Simple Protocol

I immediately place an AEON patch on GV24.5

CARNOSINE on GV14

Patching Protocol Acupoint location for GV14 and Fatigue cases

Acupoint location for GV14 - Governing Vessel 14 GV14 (DU14) is located at the lower border of the 7th cervical vertebra (C7).

and GLUTATHIONE on CV4

Patching Protocol Acupoint location for CV4 and Fatigue cases

CV4 (REN4) is located on the middle of the lower abdomen, 4 fingers bellow the umbilicus.

Once I do that, I try to “Disengage” from ANY of those activities that are causing stress and I engage on other more “Relaxing” activities. Then, I start compensating my level of Hydration, Sleep and Nutrition by drinking more water more frequently, I take a rest during the day or a nap if I need to and I also go for a more “Nutrient” base sequence of meals…

Usually, by dong this, my sensation of Fatigue will just go way within 24 hours…

Special Note: What I describe here is under an “Ideal” situation where the body is not affected by any major illness and it’s pretty much in balance.

Conclusion

The Idea behind sharing this basic strategy is to try to create an “Image” of the difference between what might be the cause of Body Weakness and Fatigue by making a difference between two sources of Stress, one being Physical Stress and the other being Emotional and/or Mental Stress.

Even I describe a very simplistic scenario, the starting point of developing a Patching Strategy will be exactly the same depending on the complexity of the situation. In my opinion, by always providing our body with a more “Physical” simulation during General Body Weakness and a more “Emotional/Mental” support during Fatigue, makes a great difference in the result we get by using the Patches…

Something to really think about…

At the next episode of this Body Weakness & Fatigue Special, I will include more advanced options that could really make a difference in how we feel, which might be the actual reason we all use the patches isn’t it?…

Till then…

Cheers!.

    Thanks for this.

I’ve suffered from CFS for years now – so I’ll give this a go to see if it moves the needle any toward energy.

    Aloha,

I got a blast reading analyzing and remembering all the protocols that I can use on my husband. Don’t know where to start.
Amazing site. Worth the price I paid for the health of my love ones and friends. Having this Patching Protocols renewed my confidence in doing patching and doing business with Lifewave. No more trial and error and failure in patching.

Gabriel Diaz , you and your crews are great help.
