Lifewave Patches for Low Back Pain Short Story
Lifewave Patches for Low Back Pain Short Story
When my friend Victor from Malaysia told me about pain back in 2008, I immediately thought about my own pains… so, I started wondering if Lifewave Patches for Low Back Pain would work for me…
To be honest, I didn’t really believe that a pair of “Stickers” would make any difference in the way I felt… ha ha, I sometimes laugh about it, because that’s the way I though back then… and I could have never though in any way how all the tests I made with the patches, would changed my life in the way it did…
I ran many different tests for my low back pain issues, but the position I always remember and I use as a starting point in any case I come across is this:
First, place a Lifewave Ice Wave White Patches at your upper back, right at the base of the neck, at a position called Governing Vessel 14 or GV14.
Here you have the full image for Governing Vessel 14 or GV14 Position:

Governing Vessel 14 or GV14 is located at the lower border of the 7th cervical vertebra (C7).
Then, place a Lifewave Ice Wave Tan or Brown Patch at your tailbone…, yes, right over the last bone of your spine…
Wait for a while, like 5 to 10 minutes and check how is the level of pain…
If the pain went down considerably, then just leave the patches on and continue with your activities…
Now, if the pain did not go down as much, then you can take another set of Lifewave Ice Wave patches and place it level to where you feel the most pain. The white patch will go at the right side of the spine, at that level, and the Tan or Brown Patch will go to the left side of the spine. at the same level…
And lastly, place a Lifewave Glutathione Patch, right between the last Lifewave Ice Wave set you placed, over the spine or midline of your back…

That’s a great Lifewave Patches “Cross” Method that I found to be very helpful to me and to a large number of people…
There are many variations and more advanced alternatives using Lifewave Patches for Low Back Pain, but it is always good practice to test the simple positions first and see how your body reacts to the patches, and then, move to another more advanced approaches…
I hope this Lifewave Patches for Low Back Pain Story help you and I will be back soon with some new stories at our New Blog Area…
